Want to run WoW on Ultra but dont want to go OTT on spec.

As title. Very little computer knowhow. Based in UK.

    Some advice please

I've read that wow is heavy on the processor so I've been looking at prebuilt systems from Overclockers and Cyberpower based around i7-4770k or i5-4670k.
    Are these overkill for Wow?

Also unsure of what I would need in terms of GPU. Looking at something like GTX 650Ti Boost 2gb or R9 270.

I dont necessarily want the cheapest option. Something that will last a few years and maybe play other games at decent settings if required, but mainly i require to run wow on ultra with decent fps.

    Thanks

i already run on ultra at +30 fps in 99% of environments (excluding world boss raids w/e with 40 people)

stable 60 (vsync) on raid 10 and solo

40-50 depending on raid size (15-30)

20-30 in 40 man aberrations, and sometimes less because of my internet connection

    i5 @3,6ghz

    2x4gb ram 1300

    2tb wd green

    2gb gtx 660 cu ii

mostly, bottleneck is in the cpu for wow, graphically its not so heavy as other recent games (example, can run crysis 3,bioshock infinite on high at +40fps, even recording)

    ^^

Thanks. I only raid lfr I mainly PvP. My main fps drops are in typical areas like the docks in IoC where with 30+ people around I can drop to single figures.

Your wow performance is pretty much what I'm looking for.

I guess my only choice is wether its worth the extra £100 to go for the i7.

The i7 will not provide any benefit, honestly. At least not in WoW.
