Good luck finding a guild that will agree to that, no matter the cost (which will be in the region of either several hundred thousand of gold or a lot of real life currency, which is against TOS).
We live in an era of "me versus them", an era where something is done that you don't like means you are personally attacked. People whine too much.

Im sure you can find a guild to carry you for the right price but honestly sounds like a total waste of gold cus its gonna be expensive unless you have a good friend with a generous heroic raiding guild (which it sounds like you dont) and its already the last patch of the expansion, by the time you get geared up all your heroic gear will be replaced by blues in a few months.
