Need help finding a movie...

So I'm searching for this particular movie.

It's been well over 4 years since I last watched it. The movie is about this dark, gloomy, punker family. 2 Kids are trying to rid themselves or their infant brother, because of some ridiculous house rule they heard about. As penalty; they get sent to a summer camp, with all these happy, `let's all be friends´ - ish type of kids (aswell as teachers).

I don't remember the name of it, or even if it's a movie or a short series.
