New Resto Shaman

So I recently leveled my Resto Shaman to 90 yesterday im currently 501 and have the Amp trinket from Sha of Pride. Can anyone give me some tips on gemming etc. Have heard a lot of different strategies on how to gem some people say gem Crit with amp trinket some say gem Int so any help would be appreciated

My personal opinion is to gem with int/spirit, reforge for the best possible haste breakpoint, get comfortable with your spirit (12k for normals, 15k for heroics imo) and then start gemming/reforging for crit. Once you get enough crit, you can drop some of the spirit and start reforging it out of the gear.
Crit is much more useful to me compared to mastery as it procs quite nicely on haste-amplified healing rain and HST. Mastery (better heals on lower hp) is a bit more suitable for a tank healer, which you most likely will not be.
