I believe I actually did laugh out loud at this one.

But yeah, there will be the Velen in our reality, as well as the Velen in the altered reality of Garrosh' Iron Horde. The Black Temple is still the Temple of Karabor, which goes along with Metzen saying Garrosh halted Gul'dan from corrupting the Orcs with demon blood, and did it early enough for many Draenei to be saved from the horde purge. To me Velen would have had no reason to escape Draenor as the only reason he did so in our reality is because the horde sacked the Temple of Karabor and Shattrath in an attempt Draenei genocide.

On that note, pretty much any Draenei and Orc old enough to have witnessed the first war would likely still be in Draenor. (that's probably like high 90% of the current Draenei in Azeroth)

*also, for the record, the Velen in Draenor reallly didn't do anything either. Watch his people get massacred while he fled...again.
