It's purely a model viewer issue. There's a new geoset for the models that the old system doesn't recognise.

New Jungle Trolls.

Voljin looks so damn weak in his model and in the cinematic he looks a little more muscular.
Damn Jungle Troll old model not doing him justice and his fan girls. :P

Oh and if my Troll Druid looked like Voljin from the cinematic I would be a happy camper.

Forest Trolls can be muscular, but not too much.

Want Forest Trolls to look more like this and then use the new model for the Council Elder for the Forest Trolls. Kinda like a good new reskin.

Can't all Trolls look bulky? Or is that just something the Forest and Frost Trolls can be?

Also, if I am not mistaken, all Troll sub-species can have Dire Trolls, I would love Dire Trolls to be a "sub-species" specific to certain classes (Warrior, Death Knight?).

It's still a bit of a mystery as to why exactly forest trolls are bulky in-game. Usually they're refered to as fairly lean.

As for the Darkspear, I'd be okay with an option to be bulkier (though I'm fairly certain that'd mean like 90% of the players would use that model, which wouldn't be all that great for immersion), but if they made ALL of them bulky I'd be upset. They've been surviving for decades simply by appearing weaker than they actually are up to the moment when they rip your proverbial breasts off.

Its based on the look of Wc2 and Wc3. Forest and Frost trolls have been bulky since then.

My lore reasoning for Troll subraces is that when the Horde killed the Council of Elders in ToT, a lot of trolls across Azeroth were essentially leaderless again, and looked to Vol'jin. Or something.
