    New build help

Hey guys, I know you see these threads at almost constant basis, but I could sure use some help. I have a budget of around $1,200. If someone could put together a build for me for around this price or even lower with awesome parts that would be great. I would very much like to play higher end games such as BF4, AC4, or just newer titles at high settings without breaking the bank. I don't need a case as I have an HAF full tower atx case already or monitor so forget that in the build. Much thanks to everyone that can help me out!

I placed a build without a SSD and one with, the one with the SSD is considerable weaker in graphical performance though.

    SSD & 4GB 770.
I would rather suggest the 280X but it's sold out everywhere and out of stock for a while.
BF4 uses more than 2GB VRAM hence why I can't suggest you the 2GB variant, lots of people suffer stuttering when maxing the game.
Also the reason why BF4 have 3GB VRAM as required.
My usage while playing BF4 1080p 4x msaa

I was skeptical of this and its true, just googled it and at 1080p with 4xAA its possible to go over 2gb of usage, thats just crazy lol. Only a couple of years ago 1gb was the standard for 1080p, no game even came close really (2010-2011ish). Now in 2013 2gb's isnt enough, yet most of nvidias products are 2gb....even on higher end stuff like 770's.

Obviously you could lower AA just a tiny bit and be fine, but who knows what games are coming out soon that use even more memory than bf4 does. Looks like im holding out for a 4gb 760.

I thought the 3GB requirements was marketing from AMD to draw more BF4 customers to get the 3GB 280X instead of the 2GB 770. Was very surprised to see BF4 using 2.3-2.4 GB VRAM while playing it on my 780 Ti. The 770 4GB cost just as much as the 280X since the AMD card is in bitcoining craze right now, so 350 $ isn't too bad for that card.

True, its just that ive never spent that much for a card lol. If i cant find a 760 4gb on sale for around 250 ill think more about a 4gb 770.

Here is the thing tho, im only holding out hopes for gsync. When they finally come out and i see it in person, if i dont think its worth the money i have no problems going the amd route, 7950's are out of stock atm but if i could find one of those for 200 or under that would be my purchase if im not completely impressed with gsync. (come on already nvidia, no news in like a month!)

Rumor has it that nVidia might have some midrange maxwell GPU's ready in Februar/March, If that is you can hold on for so long.
