Dominos strange keybinds

I made a new toon tonight and on logging in noticed that my action bars had darkened keybinds for things like Thunderfury, strength trinkets, challenge mode portals, none of which I have on any toon. They are darkened like if you had an on use trinket on ur action bars and unequipped it from your character. Wondering what is going on here.

Update:

So I made a new toon on another realm and I see a few more greyed out keybinds. But there is one that isn't greyed out. The sea turtle mount. So I clicked it. At level 1 I was able to ride around on this mount. Wtf is going on lol
