Need help upgrading.

Gonna be brief and straight to the point. Going to a micro center later to try and upgrade my computer with a 900$ budget. What you can do to help is list an upgrade and a secondary option for an upgrade.

Current Specs:
Processor- Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU G530 @ 2.40GHz (2CPUs), ~2.4GHz
Memory- 4096MB
Video Card- AMD Radeon HD 7700
MoBo- ASROCK H61M-DGS

I mainly play WoW. Actually WoW is all i really play. With a little LoL and Diablo3, but not too much of it. I'm looking for a computer that can push WoW on Ultra graphics and maybe, if possible, stream or record on fair to good graphics.

Since it's a strict 900 dollar budget, i'll need an OS, so the real budget is probably like 850. But any suggestions would be cool, looking forward to hearing from you guys!

Another 4GB ram and maybe a better cpu cooler as the stock intel one is loud even without overclocking.
