50-88 if you get near BIS gear (Brutal set at 70, Cata dungeon gear 78-79, MOP blues 80-84, world boss gear 85-88.) you can be a nearly unstoppable DPS in BG's.
Trust me....
My disc went 40-0 more than once and carried more BG's every bracket.

Going in with less people and doing dungeons that are beyond your level. Some of my favorite moments playing were as a disc priest running dungeons a couple levels above me with just one friend of mine as a tankish dps.

disc priest and just atonement heal. holy youll just sit and turret heals unless you go dps chakra, which also works but is less efficient than just going disc
