You got a 4770k and no Z87 motherboard and a Velociraptor drive for some reason(which costs more than a 1Tb + a 120GB SSD would).

    i5-4670k - $249.99

He said he wanted best CPU, 4770k is better than i5 and Z chip is not needed if he doesnt OC.
The 4771 costs a bit more than 4770k
And velociraptor 1tb is better for what he wants to do (multibox).
But I'll admit my hardware skills are not top notch

I'm having a hard time seeing how a velociraptor would be better than a SSD :\
Getting a 4670k/4770k and not overclocking is a huge waste of potential performance gains. They could even go for a 4820k and a 2011 motherboard, but that might be a bit much.
