    Aren't you dealing with both when you build a machine? Configuring the BIOS, installing an OS and drivers are all a parts of the process that can involve software issues.

    this will be the best u can do with ur budget. shadowplay is imo just amazing. if ur inet is sufficient u will have no problem playing and streaming ur requested games on ultra/high.

    The only BIOS configuration you need to do is set XMP.
    I don't see how installation itself of OS and drivers can cause problems?
