Skymirroring into giant dinosaurs and running around in Shrine or Orgimmar on Moon Guard has become very popular nowadays.

when cata launched and people started getting their hands on the alch dragon transform, someone else could use the potion that disguised you as whatever you were close to, to turn into a dragon and then mount up on the actual dragon or their own mount

In Well of Eternity at level 85, last event of the instance there is a part were one npc summons the light to kill some demons i think and its supposed to disapear after that. Well it didnt

That helm should not be there at all.
Chaining transforms will bug all over the place.
