Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Director's Cut Discount on Steam

When they released the Director's Cut of Deus Ex: Human Revolution on Steam there was a discount if you owned the base game and DLC (80% total). When the Winter Sale came it seemed to be overwritten by the winter deal. Now that the sale is over the discount is gone. Is this intentional or has there been a pricing error? I was really hoping to purchase it and replay it but I'm not prepared to pay full price for it.

I guess its intentional. If you want to buy the game again i found this today. But its not the directors cut.
