How to detach portrait in Elvui?

I want my portrait to look like this:

My portrait height always has to match my bar height, so how can you detach it or resize it so it can be larger than my health/power bars?

i use elvui and the best thing would be to use the Size option and reduce the side of the actual health bar, not sure this will even work, i really doubt it check it out, im not online atm to test it but goodluck. not too sure you can even do that
