night elves have different shading with skin, it would be alot darker

Blood Elves have access to most human hairs, that hair linked in particular is shared between the two. So would expect belfs to continue to use it also.

Yes, but they also said it would come 2 weeks from then, which will be now thu/fri this week, confirmed by Chris G. Robinson just now.
