Should I only use Spirit Gems once I have Imm Trinket?

As the title says, I just finally got my trinket and was wondering if I should stop using expertise gems to hit cap and instead use spirit so that I get the most bang for my buck out of it.

Spirit is blue whereas expertise is red. Blue is pretty much wasted stats but you can sub red for moar int, so yes. Spirit gems instead of expertise. I'm not sure if it actually shows up properly on the paperdoll, I know it doesn't show the right stats for secondaries.

What do you mean instead? They're different colours you should be using both. I highly suggest you just use AMR to handle gems, enchants and reforging.
