So I'm curious about this. Giving the fact that Vulcans have quite a large lifespan. around 200 years if I understand right. Would Spock have been alive During the Star Trek: Enterprise timeline? I mean during the Enterprise NX-01 lifespan? How old would he have been during that time?

Spock was supposedly born in 2230 and joined Starfleet in 2250, while the NX-01 was put in service in 2151.
So no, he was not alive.
