    Tax Returns - Upgrade Time

    Tax returns are upon us, and I am ready to upgrade my current PC...My current processor is bottlenecking the progress of everything else, and I decided its time to just do everything at once. I had decided that roughly $800 or so was my budget, and I came across this.
