Rygarius, Celestalon, etc are working as hard/fast as possible to get them out so I'd say as soon as they finish they'll be releasing them and that nothing else keeping us from the info (like a specific date or something).

Previously a large info dump came out a couple days prior to beta announcement, etc. I'd guess beta & pre-purchase info might come out around the same time.

It's probably safe to say if we don't see the information release today or tomorrow that beta won't start until next week.

I'm guessing this information release is meant to be read and digested before people start hopping into beta. (So, the information should come at least a day before beta.) Sure, not everyone who gets into beta will read it, but most of the people that take the time to give feedback on the beta forums probably read the official site and fansite blogs.

There are always gonna be people that don't read up about upcoming changes and freak out. For instance, I'm fairly certain that 1/4 of my guild doesn't even know that there's going to be an item squish and will find out on 6.0 launch.
