(Australia) Looking to play WoW on high or ultra. Along with other MMOs

Budget: About $1300 AUD would be the sweet spot but if it can go lower then that's wonderful. I'm also willing to go higher if need be, not entirely sure how much it will realistically cost me.

Uses: As mentioned in the title I'd like to be able to play WoW on high or ultra settings at a comfortable FPS. I'd also like to be able to play Guild Wars 2, Everquest Next, Elder Scrolls Online and Rift at medium-high settings. If it's feasible in my budget I'd also like to be able to play Titanfall and Star Citizen (if Star Citizen is out of my budget then an idea of what I'd need to upgrade/change to be able to play it would be much appreciated)

What I need: Everything really. Case, all the hardware, OS (preferably windows 8, but will be perfectly happy with 7 as well), Monitor (preferably 1080p). If there's a good mouse and keyboard I can get for cheap then feel free to include that as well.

Thankyou in advance to anyone who takes the time to give advice or a build

Go to MSY, it has pretty much rock bottom prices in Aus. Ignore the website that looks like a bad hack job from the 90s :P

I've been happy with the prices at Computer Parts Land in Melbourne... just don't go there for the service.

It doesn't include SSD, which would be another 100ish.
    PM me weird stuff :3

Thanks for the build mate . I'm willing to throw a few hundred more into it, I really had no idea how much what I wanted would cost me so $1300 was more just an ideal spot I threw out.

How would this build hold up in games like ESO or titanfall? And What extras/SSD should I add for the extra few hundred?

Both SSD's @Remilia linked are good choice, just pick any one of them.
ESO and Titanfall are not released, but I have 270x and I play all current games on Ultra, BF4 is 60FPS average on Ultra, 1050p though.
