Scheduled Realm Maintenance this week (2/18)

I notice maintenance starts at 1 am this week and not the usual 5 am, could this mean patch or just a longer maintenance to help with the issues the past few weeks?

Tweet came out yesterday officially declaring the 18th as the end of current arena season. Historically, most of the recent arena seasons ended on the same day of a patch so it's fair to assume that 5.4.7's release will be on Tuesday.
