Unfortunately, you're going to need a bigger budget, as you'll need to effectively get an entirely new computer. The Gateway SX2110G is a proprietary system that doesn't allow CPU or upgrades, and only Low Profile GPU upgrades.

    You're looking at getting:
CPU, GPU, RAM, Motherboard, Case, Power Supply.. At the bare minimum. Probably like $450 at the very bottom, and we're talking an i3 + ATI 7770. Not exactly streaming material.
    Gaming: Dual Intel Pentium III Coppermine @ 1400mhz + Blue Orb | Asus CUV266-D | GeForce 2 Ti + ZF700-Cu | 1024mb Crucial PC-133 | Whistler Build 2267
    Media: Dual Intel Drake Xeon @ 600mhz | Intel Marlinspike MS440GX | Matrox G440 | 1024mb Crucial PC-133 @ 166mhz | Windows 2000 Pro

300$ won't get you what you want.
Streaming WoW at any sort of reasonable level will probably cost you 600+ and that is at the barely working level.

I would try to sell that computer for 100-150 bucks and buy a new one imo. Streaming wont be easy until you hit 700+ imo.

He desperately needs an entire new computer, since it's a dead end computer.

Edit: doesn't make sense now since you changed what you originally said, lol.
