88-90 Timeless Isle

So I'm at 88 as a Windwalker Monk, is Timeless Isle still a viable/better way of leveling than questing/dungeons?

Can you actually kill anything on the isle at 88? I would think it would be really inefficient unless each mob gave a ridiculous amount of xp.

Baby turtles and the worms are weak an give full experience

Too bad the Rares don't give a ton

Everything on the island gives you the same XP.

Kill the defenseless little worms/cranes/turtles.

Yes, it's worth it even doing it solo. Works fine.
