Is scroll of resurrection still available?

As post title, can't seem to find it in game (replaced by recruit a friend), or has it been moved within the game UI?

Players will be no longer able to send Scrolls of Resurrection after February, 18. Those that have an invitation outstanding, that's still good for 30 days from the time it was sent, after which point the invitation will expire and the benefits can no longer be claimed.
