Demon Hunter hero free with pre-purchase of RoS?

Check out this rumour from an article posted on BlizzPro. It was taken from a press event in Korea with Diablo 3 Game Director Josh Mosquiera.

This is the part that caught my attention 'The translation states that when Heroes of the Storm is shipped, players who pre-purchased Reaper of Souls will also get the playable Demon Hunter for free'.

How do you feel about this? For me, it is fine because I was planning on purchasing RoS however, from someone who hasn't played many F2P games (only Hearthstone), I'm not sure I like this type of model.

I'm interested to see how everyone else feels about this

It might have been for Korea only, nothing has been announced for NA, etc about this. I can see Blizzard doing offers like this though.
