Well I have some antiques given to me by my great-grandparents, so I would lump all of those into one ( a bible, a porcelain doll, a diamond pocket watch fob, wooden pipe, glasses, among others from the late 1800's.
Some jewelry that was my late mother's.
Insulin/Diabetes supplies since both my daughter and I are Type 1 Diabetics!

Pets aren't really possessions, guys...I mean I guess you own them. But you wouldn't say "my kid is my most prizes possession." Or "my brother is one of my most prized possessions."
