PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

    Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Pro3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($102.50 @ Vuugo)
    Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($87.19 @ DirectCanada)
    Storage: Intel 530 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($129.99 @ NCIX)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($57.97 @ DirectCanada)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card ($368.50 @ Vuugo)
Case: Fractal Design Arc Midi Tower ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast 650W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply ($79.98 @ Newegg Canada)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.88 @ Canada Computers)

(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

I made that list using US prices, not CA prices. (Because I didn't realize they had CA options for PCPartPicker. I simply selected CA on the dropdown. There may be better deals/combos, so hunt around.)

This is a pretty standard build, OS included. If you need a recommendation on peripherals...

    Mice:
    Logitech G400S
    Zowie AMv1
    Steelseries Kinzu V2

I personally use the Kinzu V2. I've been a competitive FPS player for a few years now, with games such as Tribes: Ascend and Counter Strike: Global Offensive. I picked up two of these Kinzus on sale from a random website called Woot. They were $10 a piece.

    Keyboards:
CM Storm QuickFire Rapid - Blue

There's a billion different keyboards out there. I'd go with the QuickFire Rapid with blues. I'm using right now, it's never failed me. I've used everything from the Razer BlackWidow to HappyHackers or Ducky Shines and Filcos. I think the QuickFire is a nice balance of price to performance. Funny enough, Ducky isn't on Amazon anyway.

If we take away the OS, would there be anything that could be changed on this build?

    Storage: Crucial M500 240GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($149.99 @ Canada Computers)
.Would be nice: Could get a 3TB a bit later on for more space and drop the 500GB one as well.

Also about the PSU would getting a 750W be better for upgrading parts later on? Right now is this build with a 650W solid enough for streaming/dual monitor/recording?

The case price isn't listed now sure if its included in the price or not.

Thank you very much for your time.

Dunno if case price is included. Find a case you like and post here and we'll take a look at it. Cases are pretty personal choices.

Storage can be upgraded, you have plenty of money left in your budget when you remove the OS.

The 770 paired with a 650W PSU is more than capable of powering a double monitor setup.

Nothing else to upgrade unless you're looking to spend some more money. That build is pretty run-of-the-mill. It's very price/performance oriented.
