For the first point, i think you're decked in really good gear, a wizard friend which farms T6 pretty easily is not finding anything worth because he simply has godlike gear.

For the second, that skill is used by a clanmate and in party/coop is a huge buff since 20% more damage for everyone is really strong. He's running a fire build running away from the old one and he has no problems in farming. I think he would really like to get that item

EDIT: i dropped the new natalya's ring - holy hell it's awesome, especially for set bonuses. I cannot wait to get other 2 pieces - dream list would be boots+weapon and the lòegendary cloak for triple wolves

Inner sanctuarry after patch is used in many builds for high lvl torment (and not only). For example:

http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculato...Skf!cbU!ZbcYac. The dmg reduction is very usefull. The problem is people still think only old cookie cutter specs are worth trying instead do something completly different.

Well, lighting/sweeping wind builds are still really good ones. Especially with Inna's bonus and/or lighting damage boost gear. Still, now there is way more then that.

That has to be a joke, right?

I got 1 (useless) legendary in about 50 hours of mindless farming(mp2) before patch, now i got 6 in 4 hours

I know I use it for sure. I take it with Forbidden Palace for the slow and dps boost in addition to the fat damage reduction. If I got a really good Mind's Eye (with Fists of Thunder damage or Wave of Light damage or something) I'd strongly consider using it.

As for changing up the specs, I've actually been doing nothing but Exploding Palm in multiplayer games... it's been pretty hilarious, watching entire packs of elites explode simultaneously.

Second this, as far as I've seen only certain class skills and shrines can get you over the cap of 25%.

I replaced most of my gear on my barbarian with new stuff once 2.0 was out, with the exception of my old bul-kathos swords and 2 Immortal king pieces (chest and belt). I've found quite a few legendaries, immortal king helm, and blackthorne's pants, but most of the things I find are downgrades. Most of the gear I'm wearing is either old stuff or crafted. I'm running torment 1 at the moment, but it takes forever to kill anything. I'm running with 76k dmg and 700k toughness, and it's incredibly frustrating because all the drops I get seem to be increasing toughness at the cost of damage, whereas I want the opposite. Argh.

OK, well I went through the official database, which has plenty of level 70 sets and legendaries, and I didn't see an item with such an ability. You remember anything else about it?

My gear was pretty bad before, so there's alot of upgrades to be found for me. About half of what I find I still can't use.

Don't know if I just got lucky but got the hellfire ring for both me and the person I was grouping with from having zero components to a full ring in under 6 hours of farming Party of two so I think it would probably have been quicker if we'd had 4 peoples chances at keys/dropping portals.

Got a Pigsticker with ~1450 dps as my first legendary drop with the new 2.0, will link a SS when the servers are up and I can grab one.

Edit: Didn't think to use armoury...

Can every low level legendary now roll at 60? What about sets? I know some legendary items can, but is it every one of them, or some specific list?

    Trying to keep it short.

Every legendary has a minimum level - it represents what level a monster needs to be at least to have a chance to drop that item. You have some legendaries that can drop from early as level 8 and some which can drop only at level 60.

Given the fact that monsters level up with you and legendaries can scale, going up levels increases the variety of legendaries you can drop - you can have a Leoric Signet from level 12 with the according stats or drop it at 60, again with the according stats.

Being at level cap means that every legendary in the game can be dropped and it will be with level 60 statistics - have you ever dropped a low level item that had a very interesting affix and said "how good it would be to have it at 60"? Well, now you can have it.

I am not completely sure about set items, but they should follow the same rules - there are some low level sets which can be dropped at high levels and have level 60 stats because of that. Again, usually class sets (like Inna or Natalya) are made to drop only at 60, that's the reason you cannot drop them before.

There are a couple of exceptions afaik:
    - crafted legendaries don't scale; the recipes are made with a specific level and the item resulting from the craft will be always of the same level. Crafted set items follow the same rule, their level is static. They are anyway useful for alts and skins.
-there will be with RoS some level 70 Torment-only sets and legendaries; all the new class sets and some items are limited to this, but it's something that it's more a way to make people look towards higher difficulties instead of just playing lower ones because it's faster.

    Hope i've been of help

The poison explosion proc on this baby is just insane. Armory says it's 1 hand but it's not.

The only thing *viable* I got is my actual weapon here:

    http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/V.../hero/29078270

Which isn't that great. I got ~35 legendaries already and none of them was really good. Disappointing.
