Torment Levels

I'm a bit confused seeing all these posts from people saying they're running T3-T6 with gear about my level. I reset my quests and am running T1 to clear the game again. I die very rarily and have little issue killing mobs though bosses can take a bit of time. Below is a link to my gear. Should I be running at a higher torment level? Am I drastically overestimating the difficulty of torment levels? From what I heard, T1 = Inferno 2-4, T2/T3 = Inferno 4-8, T4 = Inferno 10, T5/T6 = Harder than Inferno.

Try the various Torment "levels" and see how it feels.

If it's too hard, set to easier difficulty and vice versa.
