    Solo Healing Garrosh Heroic

Not sure if any other druids have solo healed Garrosh yet but did it for our kill last night, just thought I'd add the video incase any other druids considering solo healing it were interested. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N7dCCiJyAgU

Although we only got 1 empowered whirling in p2, there were periods where we got 2 and thats totally fine to heal through aswell if your dps isnt quite high enough. AFKing terrace is great to reset mitigation CDs and regen most of your mana pool.

Ive not had the chance to do any heroic raiding this expansion so i dont know how difficult garrosh is.

But solo healing any end of expansion boss on heroic sounds damn impressive to me so props my friend!

So gonna send this to my raid leader for when we get to Heroic Garrosh, I'm sure he'll enjoy the thought!

I am not a heroic raider but seeing everyones health pool drop suddenly and being solely responsible to heal makes me panic - did i miss where he tranq'd?

All of his Tranqs were used during Whirlwinds it appeared. One of them was Spiritwalker's Graced during P3 so he was running while doing it.

No regrowth at all even during clearcasting?

Depends on the situation, it's not a fight where regrowth is much use. I use it with Incarnation up in the first EWC and with incarnation up in p4, other than that its just not that useful.

EDIT: and watching it back, regrowth was used with clearcasting procs when it was suitable to do so. Not really sure what you're actually talking about

I loved music that you used in this kill. Can you give songlist? Thanks!

Whats kind of off healing did you need to support being able to 1 heal this boss? I see that you have a boomie and a spriest. Do you think i'd be doable with a boomie/ele shaman instead (which is what we have)?

We had a boomkin, elemental shaman, shadow priest. Boomkin wasnt that useful in honesty, tranq is the only major CD which when we dropped to only 2 EWC in the fight wasn't that useful. Ele shaman CDs are really useful, AG on 2 minutes and HTT on 3 minutes. I'd say it should be doable, your boomkin might need to save NV as a healing CD for some regular WC though.

The main difficulty of this fight as a druid are some of the really large damage spikes, raid CDs such as AM / AMZ / Rallying come in handy here.

So do you have any list of where your shaman uses raid CDs? interested in the tides and the AG

Theres a link to the CD rotation I made, it was originally expecting 2 EWCs in p2 however we usually were pushing 1, so all the EWC 2 cds can be used along with the EWC 3 cds for the EWC in p3 (if you are only getting 1 in p2, if you get 2 in p2 just follow the cd rotation list).

Can be solo healed by anybody, priests just have it the easiest.

A lot of emphasis put on the healer, which is fair but not telling of the entire story. Yes it takes a good healer, but it takes a good raid composition and your members to be on point with most mechanics in the fight.

Yeah is a fair shout, most groups will have some form of raid CD available to them though. The most important thing you can do if you are planning to 1 heal is work out when you want CDs so that they won't overlap with your own CDs and so that they will be up in time for when you need them next. The cd rotation I posted is what I made before we started 1 healing, was almost invaluble.

How much spirit did you have on the kill?

Around 15k, could probably have been done with less given the AFK in Terrace, I just liked having the mana pool to be able to overheal a lot for safety as it's a more spiky fight than a throughput requiring fight.
