Extending Heroic Lockout Question

Hi there,

If a raid group was to clear 13/14 SoO on heroic mode, then swap it to normal, replace one person (who keeps the 13/14h save) and then proceed to kill garrosh on normal, would that one person who didn't kill garrosh on normal be able to extend their raid id, invite the other players when it resets, and then pull garrosh heroic?

Sorry for the wordy question!

There are some in our guild who believe Garrosh will not spawn on heroic if we were to try this, others believe it should be ok as long as one person didn't kill garrosh on normal and kept the 13/14hc save.

if the last person is 13/14 hc without a garrosh normal kill, then it should work.

Yes, however you may want to consider backing up the save on more than one person in case the guy isn't available for whatever reason (like irl random situations)
