    I agree with this man.

Although I'm just as biased as him.
You can come sit at the biased table with me

Also, it's a Cap movie. I would hope we'd ultimately be rooting for him even if we can see where the other side is coming from. Tony in the movies isn't anywhere near as bad as he is in the comics so we can sympathize with his actions even if we don't agree with them, kinda like him creating Ultron.

And Marvel needs to stop with this bloopers/teaser nonsense and give us actual Jessica Jones and Civil War trailers. They're killing me.

Watched Age of Ultron again.. is Quicksilver really dead? First: it's Marvel. Second: it's Quicksilver. Surely he will return. If only because Aaron Taylor-Johnson signed on for more than one movie.

he actually only signed on for one movie with an option to reup should marvel choose to (in some versions of the script he lived, was only till later on that they decided to definitely kill him off)

fiege and marvel SAY hes dead for sure for real, and im sure that will hold true for atleast a while, but i have a feeling he will return at some point maybe around phase 4 unless they kill scarlet witch off.

otherwise would be a waste of such a great character in my opinion. quicksilver added to the avengers what hawkeye shouldve

Maybe it's just the same PR shenanigans as with Jon Snow.

I feel like Quicksilver was killed off because Fox was using the character too, but they wanted to hold on to Scarlet Witch in order to have more female superheroes. I don't think he'll come back unless Marvel gets the X Men rights back.

If that was the case, why would they use him in the first place?

I hope he doesn't come back, he was rather boring in Age of Ultron. He would just hug screentime from people who don't have awful Russian accents.

I think Fiege or Whedon confirmed that he is really dead. The contract appears to be a just in case thing, for flashbacks perhaps.

I think flashbacks are excluded from needing a contract. Unless they are all new flashback scenes that they haven't used in previous footage.

This, all companies make actors sign multiple film-deals for big movies, even if they have no intention of using those actors again, just in case.

Speaking of contracts and all that, here's an interesting article about what contracts are for sure known, roughly how many they have left. Was surprised to see a couple names still having movies left if Marvel decides to utilize them.

I don't think it matters how many movies they have left or don't have left. Marvel could always just renogiate if they want to keep somebody for a period longer than the contract says, or they could just not use somebody who technically has 10 movies left on their contract. I suppose one could argue that lenghty contracts would indicate that they have big plans for those actors/characters, but eh. It's probably more about how big the actors are.

Marvel's come under criticism for death not mattering in the universe. QS and SW being historical Avengers gives them the ability to have a nod towards the comics while also fulfilling their purposes (death and female). Plus there's really no one else to pair with SW until Vision is around.

They should bring in some omega level mutant into the cinematic universe.

It would have to be an inhuman and likely they will just cover that sort of territory in Inhumans, the movie. I'm guessing Infinity War is going to set the stage for that level of cosmic cray cray like Black Bolt.

New teaser for Jessica Jones! It's similar to the first, but it's immediately post-action
    rather than the morning after.

The problem with the MCU villains isnt really a lack of power though. They need better motivation, more in-depth exposition, and a greater sense of threat, which relies mainly on communication not on quantity of destruction. Im not sure just using super-powered mutants is the way to do that.

Well, the X-Men aren't in the Cinematic Universe, so I'm not sure this helps a lot. They would have to bring those characters in without the X-Men, or somehow bring the X-Men into the MCU.
