I don't think it was really meant to be a milestone, so much as a way to get more people playing.

It's hard to have rewards like this in a game that has P2W elements, you can't exactly make it a reward for Rank 1.

Looks great, have to dust off the cards and relearn the meta since I haven't played in some weeks.
