But 212EVO can handle 4.5ghz I believe, unless you get a bad chip.
What would you recommend OC to - safely?

And one more thing, sorry for so many questions! I was looking for the Z87 and see I have many options, with varying prices:

    ASRock Z87 Extreme11/ac
    ASRock Z87 Extreme3
    ASRock Z87 Extreme4
    ASRock Z87 Extreme6
    ASRock Z87 Extreme6/ac
    ASRock Z87 Extreme9/ac
    ASRock Z87 OC Formula
    ASRock Z87 OC Formula/ac
    ASRock Z87 Pro4 LGA1150 ATX
    ASRock Z87 PROFESSIONAL LGA1150

If you could point me to one that will do the job comfortably, that would be great.
    Thanks again

Usually it's just how many bells and whistles they have I think the Extreme6 is the one you want, but any of them should do the job.

As for OC, you see it's a lottery. Every chip is different, for example the 'most common' chip will get to 4.2GHz, so even if you get a shit chip, 4.2GHz is quite doable, anything further than that, it's all about how good of a chip you got.
For safety, just go as high as you can, keeping the voltage no higher than 1.25.

Noted - I'll probably go for the safe option of 4.2Ghz then.
    Thanks again!

In case you got something wrong, it's about the volts for CPU not the speed
