As I'm sure your all aware, Trion has officially announced the long speculated and highly anticipated Arbiter, Oracle, Liberator, and Physician Souls, slated for release in patch 2.7 set to release sometime in the near future. After looking over each new Soul individually - and being thoroughly impressed - I thought I'd present the community with a quick list of all the new spells coming with the new Souls. Without further ado, let's get started. Just a note: If an ability has ranks, the highest leveled rank will be the one presented in thread. And another note, too: Some of these are incomplete, could be missing numbers, and are all liable to change. This is just a quick overview of all abilities Souls get for putting points in their trees.

Arbiter:

Aqueous Blessing
2.25% Mana, Melee range

Reduces incoming damage by 3%. Lasts 1 hour.

Arcane Projection

Buffs the raid member, greatly reducing their threat with enemies and transferring 100% of the threat generated to the Mage. Lasts 6s.

Reduces damage and healing done by 30%. Reduces the global cooldown of Arbiter abilities to 1s. Reduces the mana cost of instant Arbiter abilities by 33%. Blocks Charge gain from Verse of Joy and Resuscitating Chant.

Applies a shield if the group or raid member receives a killing blow within s. Absorbs damage up to 50% of the target's Maximum Health. Lasts 15s. Removes Overheated and Recharging.

Causes damaging abilities to return 10% of the Mage's mana. Blocks Charge gain.
