Honestly, the hardest is going to be Troll Male and Tauren Female. They already look pretty bad and it's really, really hard to make "a cow but higher rez" not look like" a cow but higher rez." Seriously, cow's are just about as low on the appeal-scale as you can get from a human perspective without leaving mammals. Any little quirk and people's ability to find it cute will be severed.

3D design can be tricky like that. Sometimes what looks hard turns out to be easy, and sometimes what looks easy, turns out to be hard, and you've got that persnickety "uncanny valley" to deal with with the humans and near-humans. There's this magic sweet spot that makes them look like believable, living creatures, and not creepy animatronic nightmares (which the previous femdwarf had issues with).

EDIT: Blizzard has been known to do some really obvious April Fools joke you'd see coming a mile away (such as implementing a dating service on their website).

they are a race that we will be seeing A LOT of, so they certainly need an update sooner,

These are coming much faster than I thought. Hopefully with all the basic updates done, they can start adding more nice things like extra hairstyles, or(please) sub races, or maybe even updated goblin/worgen models in 6.1, 6.2, etc.
