Frost 2h mastery or crit for rated bg's

i havnt played frost for ages and i want to know what stats they use in rated bg's in patch 5.4.7

arena junkies says to stack haste

Frost :
3%hit/3% expertise > Haste > mastery > crit

Frost dks gem haste because with full 550 gear you can make your rune regen under 8 seconds. Why is this so important?
This means that you can actually sit in blood presence while trained and still do descent dmg output on single target.

I am seeing most frost dks go mastery.

I personally reforge all haste to mastery, but maybe in high level pvp they go haste instead.

I don't seeing frost in rated bg anymore , unholy is dominate all brackets
but for howling blast spam (aoe) - mastery is frost dmg
for obliterating&frost striking (single target) - haste for faster rune and power regeneration more strikes out
crit is not valiable much coz of Killing machine procs (100% crit chance)

Mastery makes more sense. Frost strike and howling blast should be your main damage along with frost fever spread passively

Dks might be in the same position warlocks are at. Haste is somewhat better for affliction but most go mastery to be able to switch destro. Frost to unholy could be the same way.
