    Yes,

Just looking at the CPU and Ram should be more than enough.

Google "can you run it" it can give you an idea on pretty much every game.

    1. Whats the power supply ?
    2. Whats the price ?
    3. Id go for 8gb of ram
    4. And yup it will run WoW very well @ 1080p on ultra + 2x AA , but lower shadow quality, its very demanding especially in 25m raid or world boss.

There is 8GB of 1600 kingston ram in there.
When you say ultra you mean 25m raiding or questing? Cause for raiding 25 on ultra the answer is simply no. You will drop lowish on frames on some bosses even on high.
If your going for an i3, i'd go for i3-4330 at least, they got like 10-15 dollars/euro difference?. After that straight for an i5.
As mnm said what's the power supply.
Other than that, on a personal note i wouldn't buy a seagate hdd or a palit gfx. I'd reckon WD for hdd and asus-gigabyte-msi-evga gpu.
Lastly, would be nice to say how much your paying for it, so you can get some help if that rig is worth it. I mean this shouldnt worth more than 500-550?

Remilia, even that has some room for squeezing couple of dollars out, that setup will run perfectly well with a 300W Seasonic ($39.99).

And yes, for the price it is about the best you can get if WoW is your main focus. It might struggle with max shadows and AA beyond 4x but those are minor things.
