Hey guys, just got some quick questions which I need answering

1. Immaculately Preserved Wand + Revelations of Y’Shaarj or Gaze of Arrogance?

2. What is the best setup for reforging/gemming? M > H > C or M > C > H? I keep seeing different answers everywhere I look. Some say M > C > H, some say M > C = H, some say M > H > C. How big is the difference between Crit and Haste?

1. Technically the wand + garrosh OH are the best. But if you have the staff HWF and only the wand Heroic, then staff is likely better. Sims will tell you exactly whats better, obviously depends on other gear as well.
2. M>H=C. The difference is very minuscule.
