Blizzard wants to spout crap like "we can't do X because it would come at the cost of a raid teir." So, we have to make it annoying and well known so players don't just accept it and actually realized they're being screwed. When will people stop being happy with the bare minimum??? Also, when we use that line we aren't trying to get laughs, we want a response like "they better not use that bullshit excuse." I guess it's hard to understand peoples true intention via forum post.
