Yes, there is SOME green space where Terokkar should be, but notice a few things. Virtually none of the zones in WoD Draenor look like War2 Draenor. There are no vast forests of giant mushrooms, no green water, no black rocky mountains or any of that really.

Yeah the look from BTDP isn't really being carried across.

The tileset in the expansion was not that great to be honest so it's probably just as well.

Even the locations from the core Warcraft 2 game look nothing like WoW. Tyr's Hand was a bay and Dalaran was a big cross shaped island.

Well, limited fel magic. Gul'dan is proof of that. But compared to the whole race already being corrupted and green skinned, yeah. You can't compare the two.
