the supreme court is set up in the constitution as the final arbiter over any case of federal or constitutional law.
as someone who loves beating people over the head with the constitution, how are you arguing against the SCOTUS?
The Supreme Court of the United States (first abbreviated as SCOTUS in 1879)[1] was established pursuant to Article III of the United States Constitution in 1789 as the highest federal court in the United States. It has ultimate (and largely discretionary) appellate jurisdiction over all federal courts and over state court cases involving issues of federal law, plus original jurisdiction over a small range of cases. In the legal system of the United States, the Supreme Court is the final interpreter of federal constitutional law, although it may only act within the context of a case in which it has jurisdiction.
The opposition to democratically elected federal government, ultra nationalist and virulent anti-Marxism, is exactly what I'm getting at. That's why I'm saying he wouldn't oppose the way he rise to power, but would the resulting dictatorship. The separation I'm pointing at, is how he rose to power, versus the dictatorship he installed.

It doesn't matter. The words they put down do not lie. I could be a liar and write down the word, "Amazing" and the word amazing would mean amazing.
