It's not what there is to heal in P2, it's the constant attrition from doing P1 (high damage income in random spikes from the adds), followed by the intermission (constant damage that requires spamming), followed by P2->3 with no real room for regen. With healers being our worst geared players (conq tokens not dropping for pally/disc and no healer trinkets) it actually became a real issue. On the other hand, dealing with the adds with a DK tank is retardedly easy. Oneshot add that spawns on you, grip another, oneshot, taunt another, GG you just killed half of the adds in 8 seconds on your own.
