Only procs on melee swings for us.

That being said, most bosses that SH are fantastic for are good to stand in melee anyway.

Yeah, you will most likely get like 40+ melee swings off during certain fights. So it will proc a fair bit. And the 9%+ increase in stats also very nice. P.S I hate all you paladins which have that trinket very much.
