Removing Authenticator

Hello! I'm in need of some advice. I have the physical authenticator on my account but it seems to have died. I tried to look it up but I couldn't really get a clear answer on my own. Please and thanks <3

If you have SMS protect enabled, you can remove it via text message. (if you don't, I highly recommend you use it next time)

Otherwise I think you need to get on their web support and give them the serial number to have them remove it.

(For people don't have the serial, you usually have to send in an ID to prove you're the account owner)
