WoD loot systems?

Heya,

New here.
Just wondering if WoD normal/heroic modes are going to be using a PL system or if its gonna be the standard normal/heroic modes we see today.
I assume its the PL system because they are flexible difficulties; but that makes me sort of upset.

Is mythic going to be the standard loot system? IE where the boss drops 4 loots then its distributed? Or is it also going to be PL?

Is there any official statement by Blizz regarding the loot systems for next expansion?

you can choose loot type in normal/heroic (i don't know who will choose it but i think that it will probalby be raid leader)

Personal Loot is one of the loot options in WoD, like Master Looter and Need/greed. It will only be used by default in LFR.

If you don't use it, drops will scale with the number of players that are eligible for loot, with partial drops having only a chance to drop(i.e. if you get 3.6 drops due to the number of eligible players, you have 3 guaranteed drops and a 60% chance to get a 4th).
