Question about prot legendary gem

As title says im wondering about procs on tanking legendary gem. Currently im in avoidance build. I read somewhere on wowhead that this legendary meta gem does not proc with dodge/parry. That means that mastery>avoidance? In mastery build we will se more procs from this legend. gem? Thanks for responses :-)

Parry/Dodge is still better. Mastery just isn't very good.

I still get over 50% uptime on every fight on the meta gem.

Plus the meta gem proc is just a nice thing. Its not even that good. A lot of geared tanks are going back to dps meta gem because the DR from the meta gem just isn't needed at 586+ lol.

The legendary tankmetagem IS that good and you want it in any situation other than damage scumbagging and even then, there might be better options.

Go leg tankmeta, regardless of build.
