Someone told me that even if I replaced my pants or any other item I currently have on for the LFR 528 tier items to get the 2p and 4p, it would be a DPS increase. I'm honestly having a hard time believe that.. Is this true?

hmm, have to sim it but I don't think 528 can beat fully upgraded 569 normal. If it was 544 fully upgraded it might be a different story.
