World of Warcraft Cataclysm download doesn't work!

If you're reading this, please notice everything this text says.
I have a problem, maybe its your servers, when I'm trying to download your game World of Warcraft Cataclysm, it directly goes close to the end of the download, but it's like maybe 5% until it's done, and then I'm waiting and I'm waiting, and nothing happens, the blue download process doesn't move anytime.
I hope you fix this, because I really want to play the game! Thanks for your understand!
